- Clients receive ownership rights only after the project is delivered and paid in full.
5. Third-Party Tools & Services
- Some services (such as WhatsApp API, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) may require third-party platforms. Their terms and conditions also apply.
- Kanini Data Solutions is not responsible for disruptions or changes in these external platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or reputation due to third-party platform issues.
- Downtime, delays, or interruptions beyond our control.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not received on time.
- Client violates our policies or engages in fraudulent/illegal activities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamilnadu.
