  • As these are customized services, refunds are not applicable once work has commenced.

  • Refunds are available only if requested within 3 days of purchase and before account setup/activation.
  • Once the service is active, no refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Delivery of Services

  • If services are not delivered as per the agreed timeline, you may request a partial or full refund after review.

4. Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but refunds will depend on the usage and billing cycle.

5. Processing of Refunds
